Welcome Oceanic and South-East Asian teams, to the show down of the year. 8 teams, 2 regions, but who will reign supreme?

Format:

  • Single Elimination with Bo3 until the Semi-Finals and the Grand Final which will be a Bo5. Bronze match is a Bo3.
  • The Oceanic teams, to outweigh their disadvantage by ping, will always get the first map ban, map pick and side pick.
  • If two Oceanic teams play, the higher seed will determine who gets the first map ban, map pick and side pick. They will also play on Oceanic servers if this occurs.
  • If two South-East Asian teams play, the higher seed will again, determine who gets the first map ban, map pick and side pick.
  • Subsequent maps will be picked by the losing team.

Rules:

  1. SEA Servers will be used for the duration of the event only, with the only exception of this when two Oceanic teams are versing each other. OCE teams will be using Mudfish throughout this tournament.
  2. Maps can be remade at the request of an Oceanic team in an attempt to get a better SEA server with a lower, fairer ping.
  3. All lobbies must be set to 'draft' on the "Competitive" game mode, with the exception of remakes which will be a "Casual" game mode with teams picking the exact same champions.
  4. Spectators must be allowed and a password must be set of which the players will notify the admins of this password prior to the game starting.
  5. If a game breaking bug occurs, you must promptly pause the game and notify the administrators of this via the discord chat and await instructions.
  6. If a team is having an issue, such as a player cannot connect to the game, or disconnects mid game, the game must be paused and an administrator must be promptly notified of the issue before a resume can occur.
  7. If a roster change, such a substitute swap in, is required, administrators are to be notified of this before anything can occur.
  8. There is to be only a 5 minute break between games, sufficient for toilet/drink/food requirements. If you need a longer break, notify an administrator in the discord chat.
  9. All team captains are to communicate via the OCE VS SEA discord you are all a part of.
  10. All team members must not disclose the results of any of the matches at all to anyone outside of the invited teams and administrative team. This includes the bracket, DO NOT share the bracket.
  11. You must not start any Semi Final, Bronze Match, or Grand finals games without an admin's consent.
  12. Bans: Any piece of either mastery skin set including head, body, weapon, spray, emote, etc and Fernando’s “Enforcer” skin. Third Person is also to be disabled. Wraith Grohk Legendary Card is banned.

  • Mattse (OCE) and Wolf Casts (SEA) alongside Chrisis (Gamestah) on the production side, will be responsible for the stream of matches.

Special shout out to Double Jump, Elite Global Sourcing, Gamestah and Mrs Flexi. Without any and all of these people, the stream, graphics, promotion, and overall the event would most definitely not have gone so well, if happen at all!
